Sometime in 1990, Nintendo Power gave away free copies of Dragon Warrior to new (and old) subscribers, along with a card explaining the equipment, monsters, levels, and locations.

I was one of those subscribers. I believe I was in Grade 2 at the time, and the game single handily sparked my lifelong love for RPG’s.

Final Fantasy? Pfffff. Dragon Warrior is where it’s at!

Anyways, I’ve just taken over the site, and am planning a massive overhaul. Stay tuned, as I’ll be adding a ton of new content.
