Dragon Warrior Cheats The following codes are for use with a Game Genie. There are no cheats built into the game otherwise. VKVLPP Walk through walls, Might get stuck. Sometimes normal terrain acts as walls AEVGUIZA Take no damage in swamp SKOIVLSA Spells use up 0 Magic Points SXOIVLSA Infinite Magic Power VKOIVLSA All spells use only one magic point VVOYYTSA Start with 256 gold coins (This code is REALLY weird!) VVOYYTSA Start with extra stuff, like HEALMORE and have the Princess saved VVPYAT Start game with 65,535 gold, Level 30, nine Herbs, Magic Key, Erdrick’s Sword and Armor, Silver Shield, go upstairs and you will see the game ending VVPYLT Start game with HURTMORE, Princess saved, four Silver Harps, eight Herbs and Magic Keys, Flame Sword, Magic Armor, and Large Sword, Level 29, 65,535 gold, 65,280 EXP., Max HP. 200, and 218 MP. VVPYZT Start game at Level 6, 255 HP, Heal, and Hurt spell YAKKEVYA Barriers cause half usual damage ZTZTLT Excellent hit every time

The following codes are much less useful, and geared towards specific purposes or experiements.

GLSPOTPE
Get 60 experience points when you battle Slime’s
(instead of only 1). This lets you level-up fast!

IYSPOTPE
Get 125 experience points when you battle Slime’s
(instead of only 1). This lets you level-up very fast!

NYSPOTPE
Get 255 experience points when you battle Slime’s
(instead of only 1). This lets you level-up mega fast!
If you use this code at the start of the game, you will
go from level 1 to level 6 the first time you battle
a Slime!!

GLVPOTPE
Get 60 experience points when you battle Red Slime’s
(instead of only 1). This lets you level-up fast!

IYVPOTPE
Get 125 experience points when you battle Red Slime’s
(instead of only 1). This lets you level-up very fast!

NYVPOTPE
Get 255 experience points when you battle Red Slime’s
(instead of only 1). This lets you level-up mega fast!
If you use this code at the start of the game, you will
go from level 1 to level 6 the first time you battle
a Red Slime!!

Get 60 experience points when you battle Drakee’s
(instead of only 2). This lets you level-up fast!

game) at the Weapon Shop in the Town of Brecconary,
and it only costs $2!

By using the 2 codes (above) together, you can buy the
best weapon and the best armor for only four dollars!!

NOTE: These 3 codes (below) will only work at the
start of a new game. The codes must be entered before
your very first fight of the game.
